Drink Water In The Morning
Here's Why You Need It To Wake Up Early

Boy Drinking Water

Your alarm wakes you up from you slumber, but you are still dead tired. You are hesitating if you should really get out of bed or lie around for just another snooze cycle. You finally decide to think about it... with your eyes closed... and so it goes...

You fall asleep again.

That's exactly what happens to most of us. We are simply too tired to wake up early. Even if the alarm wakes up our mind, our body can still feel like a big potato, right? ;-)

So one thing that you can do straight away when you wake up is this:

Drink water in the morning! Lots of it.

After a long night's sleep, our body sure needs to get going again. And what better way than with the source of life?

Just listen to this great way of explaining it by Rose Alexander:

"Like a gently flowing stream that pushes along debris and rocks your circulatory system needs fluid to get rid of stubborn free radicals and residue from burned calories that were used during the night’s metabolism."

It doesn't get clearer than that. If you want to your body to wake up, the best thing you can do is to have a bottle of water standing next to bed so can just start drinking from the bed. Having to go get some water from the kitchen in the early morning can often times be a too big task.

As we all know, water makes up around 75 percent of our body weight so there's no wonder it's so beneficial to drink lots of it. I just want to mention a few additional benefits of drinking a big cup of water in the morning.

3 Extra Benefits If You Drink Water In The Morning

  • Avoid dehydration - By making sure you drink enough water, you effectively avoid headaches and tiredness from dehydration. In the morning your body can often be dehydrated so make sure to fill up.
  • Stimulate bowel movements - Basically, if you give something to your stomach you can start even this system to make sure you don't have to suffer from constipation.
  • You are ready to exercise - If you're planning to exercise later on in the day (or perhaps already in the morning) then it's essential that you fill up on water. That way, your body is prepared for sweating and has enough water to keep you going.

But there is of course an even bigger benefit than all of this...

...The Biggest Benefit Of Them All

In essence, if you drink water to wake up early in the morning, you...

...set yourself up for a great day.

Already in the morning will you have enough energy to start to produce and reach your goals. This high-energy spirit will guide you throughout your day as you keep going.

So remember, it all starts with waking up your body with water.
