You might think it sounds a bit contradicting to take a nap when you actually want to learn how to wake up. But you're wrong =) because there's a very solid explanation coming up...
You see, when you have established a habit of taking a short nap sometime mid-day, then you will see what I mean.
Simply put, by taking a power nap you will get more energy for the second half of your day. It's like you are able to divide your day into two parts, just like a soccer game. In between the half’s you'll be able to get some well-deserved rest to make sure you can perform at your peak level for the remaining part as well.
This means that you can live your life with more energy and be more active. In turn, you will make sure you're really tired when it's time to sleep in the evening. So instead of being a bit tired all day and having the same feeling when trying to sleep, you will hopefully be fully awake during the day and become exhausted at the end of that same day.
And as you know, really sleepy people are easier to fall asleep and will have a much more high-quality sleep.
Final step now, stay with me here in this logic. Sleeping well then means that you'll have an easier time waking up in the morning. Those feelings of intense drowsiness will not be as strong if you've had a long continuous sleep.
So in conclusion,
If you are interested in starting to nap, then I have some available resources for you of course! First of all, I have gathered my absolute best power nap tips for an effective and powerful nap. Second of all, if you are interesting in the benefits, then the following is a...

Actually, it can impact much more than that. The thing is that your mind gets a short time period to relax, recharge and refocus. That is how you make sure you become a high-performing individual throughout the entire day.
Have a good rest!
